What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, closed Sunday. Holiday hours are posted on Google.
Where are you?
167 Ole West Lane, Rockwall, TX 75087 — at the corner of Hwy 66 and FM 549, about five minutes from downtown Rockwall and I-30. Look for the Landscape Source sign. Parking is free and right at the greenhouses.
Are you open to the public, or contractors only?
Both. Contractors are a big part of our business, but homeowners are welcome and get the same plants and the same advice.
Do I need to bring my own wagon or cart?
No — we have carts and wagons at the entrance, and our staff will help you load.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks.
Plants and warranty
Do your plants have a warranty?
We check every plant before it leaves the yard. Because North Texas cities can restrict watering (Stage 1, 2 and 3), our warranty is limited: plants 15 gallon and larger carry a one-month warranty from the date of purchase — bring the plant or a photo with your receipt. Plants under 15 gallon are not covered by warranty. Most losses we see come from planting too deep or watering wrong, so please read the tree planting and watering guides — and ask us anything before you plant.
Can I return a plant?
Yes. Healthy plants and unopened hard goods can be returned or exchanged with your receipt.
Do you have [specific plant]?
Availability changes weekly, so call (469) 698-0037 and we will check the yard for you, or send us a list through the Plant Finder and we will price it and set it aside. If we do not have it, we can usually source it within a week or two.
Will this plant grow in my yard?
Probably, if it is in the Plant Finder — everything there is chosen for North Texas clay, heat and cold. The filters for sun, water and size narrow it down, and a Nursery Professional can look at a photo of the spot.
What size trees do you carry?
Container trees from 5 gallons up to 200 gallons, plus balled-and-burlap trees in winter. Need a big tree brought out? Call to ask about our delivery options.
Delivery and orders
Do you deliver?
Delivery depends on what you need and when — call (469) 698-0037 to ask about our delivery options. Most customers pick up, and we are happy to help load your vehicle or trailer.
Do you deliver bulk mulch, soil and rock?
We load bagged and bulk material into your vehicle or trailer here at the nursery. For delivery, call (469) 698-0037 to ask about our delivery options. Use the calculator to work out how much you need.
Can you have my order ready when I arrive?
Yes. Call (469) 698-0037 with your list and we will pull it, package it and have it waiting at the loading area. Registered contractors can order and pay by phone; everyone else can hold an order with a card.
Do you install or plant?
We do not plant or install, but we can recommend reliable contractors. For irrigation, landscape installation and lawn care we recommend North Texas Lawn & Landscape.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, in any amount, at the nursery.
Contractors
How do I set up a contractor account?
Stop by or call (469) 698-0037 with your business information. Registered contractors get phone ordering, pre-pulled orders and a consolidated sales ticket for record keeping. Ask us about contractor pricing. Credit terms are generally reserved for established contractor customers with a purchasing history with us; we don't typically offer credit applications or net-30 terms to new contractor accounts.
Do you quote plant lists and plans?
Yes. Send your list or plan through the quote form or email it, and we will price it within one business day.
Products
Do you carry organic products?
Yes — organic potting soils, compost, fertilizers (including corn gluten meal) and pest controls, and we can put together an organic program for your yard.
Do you sell firewood?
Seasoned firewood by the quarter, half or full cord. Delivery is available — call (469) 698-0037 or arrange it when you buy. Prices are on the Plants & Products page.
Do you sell sod?
We sometimes have individual pieces of Bermuda sod when it is available. Call (469) 698-0037 to check before you come. We generally don't sell sod by the pallet.
Do you carry pottery, tools and decor?
Pottery, PRO-grade Kenyon tools, fertilizers, soils, mulch and seasonal decor (especially in October). We do not carry patio furniture or outdoor kitchens.
Pumpkin Patch
When is the Pumpkin Patch open?
October 1–31, 2026, during regular nursery hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 and Saturday 8:00–4:00 (closed Sunday). Admission is free. Games, coloring pages and a scavenger hunt are at RockwallPumpkinPatch.com.
Is there an admission charge?
No. Admission and parking are free, and no reservation is needed. Pumpkins are priced by size.
